    At github we provide C++ code to reproduce the results from the simple two-pool model. The code numerically solves differential equations describing synaptic vesicle pools during short-term plasticity and optimizes the parameters of the model. In addition, we provide Mathematica code and CalC scripts to reproduce the 3D model results.
